My name is Jodie Whykes and I am the Director and Founder of Professional Money Management. I am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and am very fortunate to have been working in the financial services industry for over 20 years and have successfully run this business for over 15.

I have a high energy, fun personality and really love to help people – I consider myself a ‘Lifestyle Financial Planner’. During our planning meetings I take the time to understand what each client wants for themselves and their family. We work together to put strategies in place to meet the goals that will bring joy to their lives.  I like to use a consultative and relaxed approach to understand these lifestyle values and financial goals and build specialised advice around these.

I specialise in providing retirement planning, risk insurance, investment and Centrelink advice for clients throughout Australia.

I have attained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University and also completed the Diploma of Financial Planning as well as the distinguished Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) qualification. I have been quality advice accredited by Garvan Financial Planning and am recognised as a leading adviser on the Plum Financial Services Panel specialising in the Exxon Mobil Defined Benefit Plan among others.

Personally, I am a proud mum of 3 children who are my absolute world, I love spending time with my family and we love the outdoors and travelling. I also love to fish and camp (glamping in our caravan!!) and really love 4wding!

MATTHEW BONNOR

Senior Financial Planner

My name is Matthew Bonnor and I am a Senior Financial Planner at Professional Money Management. I am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and have been providing financial advice to the Gippsland community for over 20 years.

I get great enjoyment with working with clients over their financial planning journey, to understand their goals and formulate and implement strategies to achieve those goals. I take the time to listen and understand what is really important to clients and work with them to ensure they understand each step in the process.

I specialise in providing retirement planning, superannuation, investment and Centrelink advice in a professional manner.

I have attained a Bachelor of Business degree from Monash University and also completed the Diploma of Financial Advising as well as the distinguished Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification.

Outside of work I am the proud father of three boys and love spending time with my family.

Camille Noble

Client Service Administration Support & Compliance

My name is Camille and I have been a part of Jodie’s team since 2017. I provide administrative support in the office and work as a client liaison. I also assist with reporting and business compliance.

Prior to starting at Professional Money Management, I completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Science at The University of Western Australia and worked extensively in the Oil and Gas Industry. Despite being relatively new to Jodie’s team and the Financial Planning industry I have always had a strong interest in finance and hope to complete a Diploma of Financial Planning in the near future.

Outside of work I am a very proud mother of 3 young children and when I’m not immersed in motherly duties, you’ll find me out in the garden getting my hands dirty.

Kellie Spooner

Client Service Administration Support & Compliance

My name is Kellie and I joined Jodie’s team in 2022. I provide administrative support in the office and work as a client liaison.

Before starting with Professional Money Management, I worked at NAB for several years. I have also completed Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Though only new to Jodie’s team, I been involved in the finance industry for many years.

When I’m not at work, I am usually busy with at home in the garden or spending time with my family.
